Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery providing the garments/ accessories are returned in their original condition. (If there is evidence of the items being used or deliberately damaged we will not refund the cost but may charge to return the items to you.)   

Simply fill in the return form and post any unwanted items back to us. We apologise but at this point in time unless the return is due to our error or a fault in the product we cannot offer free returns as we offer free shipping; any returns cost must be covered by the customer. We advise to use recored delivery to ensure the garments are returned safely.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We offer free shipping to anywhere in the uk, if you are from a country outside of the uk we will be happy to give you a shipping quote before you order.

If our 4-7 working day free delivery is not quick enough please select the option for next day delivery and the store will add the appropriate amount of postage fees.
